Looks great. One thing: the secondary blue feels too close to our old brand. Can we go darker?

Proof of sign-off
A record that names the exact file.
The sign-off record is a PDF of every version, its files with their SHA-256 fingerprints, and every decision: who, when, how, and their note. If the file you deliver has the same fingerprint, it's the file that was approved.

Approve with changes
A phone showing a review opened from an email. Tom Becker, the client, pins a comment on the homepage hero, “Logo a touch bigger?”, chooses Approve with changes and says what to change, and the request turns Approved with changes: Leo Ortiz has been told.
Three clear answers
Approve with changes, without another round.
A typo on the back panel shouldn't hold up the whole job. Approve with changes records a yes and the fix to make, together.

Approve with changes
A yes with the fixes written down.
Request changes
A no that says what to change.

Versions
The latest artwork, always.
A new version asks everyone again, with a note on what changed. Earlier versions and their decisions stay on the record, and Download all leaves out files still waiting or sent back.

Can reviewers comment on a specific page of the artwork?
Yes. Every page of a PDF opens in the browser, and a comment can be pinned to the exact spot on any page. When you compare versions, the pages turn together.
What is in the sign-off record?
Every version, its files with their SHA-256 fingerprints, and every decision with who made it, when, how, and their note. Times are shown in the reader's own time zone. Clients who sign in to Skybase can download their own copy.
Is the sign-off record an electronic signature?
No. It is a record of the decisions people made in Skybase and of the exact files they decided on. If you need a signed contract, use a signature service alongside it.
Does Skybase check colours, bleed or separations?
No. Skybase is for reviewing and signing off artwork. Preflight checks stay in your print workflow.
What does it cost?
Approvals are on every plan. Skybase is free for up to 5 users, then $3.99 per user a month, and clients approve free as single-project guests.
