Sharing work with clients: what they should see
How to share a project with clients: what a free guest can see and change, how to keep internal work private, and when a client counts as a paid user.

Feedback at the exact moment.
Clients watch the cut in the browser, leave comments at the moment they mean or pin them on a paused frame, and approve or ask for changes. Every cut and every decision stays on the job.
How video review works
Step 1
Add the video to the job and ask the people who decide, with a due date.
Step 2
Reviewers pause and comment, or pin a comment on the frame itself.
Step 3
Approve, Approve with changes, or Request changes with a note.
Time-coded comments
A comment made while the video plays is tied to that moment. Pause, click on the picture and the comment is pinned to that spot on that frame.
A comment thread on the Brand guidelines v3 job with messages from Leo, the client Tom, and Priya, including @mentions, an emoji reaction and a mention picker.
Cut after cut
Upload the next cut as a new version with a note on what changed, and everyone is asked again. Put two cuts side by side to check the changes.
A phone showing a review opened from an email. Tom Becker, the client, pins a comment on the homepage hero, “Logo a touch bigger?”, chooses Approve with changes and says what to change, and the request turns Approved with changes: Leo Ortiz has been told.
A clear answer
A cut that needs a title fixed shouldn't need another full review. Clients can approve with a note of the small changes, so the edit can be finished and delivered.
The cut is signed off, and your team is told.
A yes with the small fixes written down.
A no that says what to change.
Your team's notes stay with your team.
Clients review free
Clients join their project as single-project guests, free on either plan, and review from the link in their email without signing in.
The invite dialog on a job: tom@northwind.co typed into Email addresses, a line saying someone new joins as a free guest who sees that project only, a preview marking Tom as new with an invitation to send and no change to the paid seats, and a Send invitation button.
Approvals are on every plan: free for up to 5 users, then $3.99 per user a month. Clients approve free as single-project guests. See pricing
