Plan by date, on the same jobs as your board.
Every project has a month calendar of its due dates. Drag a job to another day to reschedule it, and the board, the table and everyone on the project see the change.
A month of due dates
Choose Calendar at the top of any project. Each job sits on its due date, showing its priority, title, status and assignee, with open jobs ahead of finished ones.
The calendar view on a phone: a month of days with dots where jobs are due and Thursday 15 October picked, listing its four jobs with their status and assignee, and the jobs with no date below.
Reschedule by dragging
Drag a job to another day to give it a new due date, or back to the tray to clear it. The change shows on the board and in the table too, and everyone on the project sees it.
Pick a job up and drop it on another day. Its due date changes everywhere the job appears.
Every job has a menu with Set date… and Remove date, for when dragging is not the easiest way.
Jobs without a due date wait in the Unscheduled tray. Drag one onto a day to schedule it.
Anyone who can change a job can reschedule it: administrators, team members on the project, and guests on the jobs they raised, are assigned to or were added to.
Filter it, save it, share it
The project's filters work on the calendar too: members, statuses, priorities and due dates such as Due this week. Save a filtered calendar as a view and it opens on the calendar every time.
The saved views menu, open under “Viewing: My critical jobs (edited)” with an Update button beside it. It lists My views (My critical jobs, Due this week, shared) and views Shared with project by Leo Ortiz and Priya Shah, options to rename, share or delete the view on screen, and “Save current view…”.
On a phone
On a phone the month becomes an agenda of what's due each day, with the jobs that have no date listed below. Set date… is how you reschedule there, in the browser, with nothing to install.
FAQ
The board, table and calendar guide shows the calendar step by step, and the table view lists the same jobs in rows.
