Integrations

Plugs into the tools you already run

Five integrations, each one deep rather than wide. Set them up per project from Project settings.

Slack

Install the Skybase app in your Slack workspace, then connect any project to a channel. Pick exactly which events post there.

  • 11 toggles per project: job created, moved, renamed, archived, description updated, comment, file uploaded, member assigned, due date changed, task completed, file approval
  • Messages link straight back to the job
  • Test message button while you set it up

GitHub

Install the Skybase GitHub App and connect a repository to a project. Push a job to GitHub as an issue and watch its status come back to the card.

  • Create an issue from any job in one click
  • Issue and pull request status shown on the job
  • Close or reopen from either side and both stay in sync

Google

Sign up and log in with your Google account. Nothing to configure.

  • One-click sign-in for your team
  • Works alongside email and password
  • No extra cost

Trello import

Moving from Trello? Export a board from Trello and upload the JSON. Skybase creates the project with its columns, jobs, statuses, checklists and members, then you keep working.

  • Lists become columns, cards become jobs
  • Labels become statuses, checklists come along
  • Members are matched and invited

Claude by Anthropic

Skybase uses Claude to turn a job into a checklist. Three steps: choose the suggested tasks, assign them, set due dates. You can also start a Claude Code agent run from a job.

  • Suggestions come from the job's title and description
  • Edit, drop or add tasks before anything is created
  • Agent runs report status back on the job
Not here yet: Zapier, webhooks, calendar sync, email-to-job. If one of these would change your decision, tell us: support@skybase.it.

Connect your tools in an afternoon.

Slack and GitHub take a couple of clicks each. Google sign-in needs nothing at all.
