Clients

Your clients never cost you a seat.

Invite a client onto a job as a single-project guest. They can comment, upload, raise their own jobs and approve files in that project. They are never billed, on either plan. Add the same person to a second project and they become a multi-project guest, which counts as a user.

Pro is $3.99 per user per month, or $39.90 per user per year. Teams of 5 or fewer pay nothing.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Create a workspace on the Free plan and use it for as long as you like. Add a card only when you upgrade to Pro.

Who counts as a user?

Administrators, team members and multi-project guests. Single-project guests never count and are never billed.

Are clients really free?

Yes, when they are single-project guests. If you add the same person to a second project they become a multi-project guest and count as a user from then on.

What happens when I reach 5 users on Free?

You cannot add another user until you upgrade. Nothing is locked and nothing is deleted; your existing work carries on as normal.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel?

Yes, from Billing in your workspace. Seats are counted automatically as you add or remove people, and you can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. Every payment produces a PDF invoice you can download from Billing. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
