Every feature, on every plan
Skybase has no add-ons and no feature tiers: boards, tables and calendars, client approvals, automations, reports, and Slack and GitHub are on the Free plan and on Pro. Pro is for teams past 5 users, and adds 100 GB of storage and priority support.
Clients on every plan
A client invited to one project joins as a single-project guest, free on either Skybase plan. Each comparison page sets out how that product handles clients, from its own help pages, because the rules differ.
What Skybase doesn't do
If your team relies on any of these, Skybase isn't the right fit today.
- No time tracking, timesheets or budgets.
- No Gantt charts or timeline view. Projects have a board, a table and a calendar.
- No native mobile apps. Skybase works in a phone's browser.
- No SAML single sign-on. You can sign in with Google.
- No import from monday.com, Asana or Teamwork.com. The only importer is for Trello boards.

How do you compare prices?
Each product's cheapest paid plan, at its US list price per user, billed annually and excluding tax, against Skybase Pro billed annually. Every competitor figure links to that company's own pricing page or help centre, with the date we checked it.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Skybase is free for up to 5 users, with every feature, 2 GB of storage and no credit card. Pro is $39.90 per user per year, or $3.99 per user month to month.
Do clients cost extra?
Not on Skybase: a client on one project is a free single-project guest, on either plan. A client on two or more projects counts as a user. The other products have their own rules, set out on each comparison page.
Can I move my projects across?
Skybase imports Trello boards. Projects from monday.com, Asana or Teamwork.com start fresh: each comparison page shows how to move one client at a time.
Are these prices in my currency?
No. They're US list prices, billed annually, excluding tax. Prices in other currencies, tax and any discounts differ, and each company's pricing page says how much paying yearly saves.
How often are the figures checked?
Every competitor figure shows the date it was last checked against the company's own page. They're re-checked every month.
