Updated 3 min read

Quick search results for “brand” across projects, and the Reports dashboard: Overview, Flow, People and Projects tabs, tiles for 128 jobs completed (up 32% on the previous period), a 3.2-day median lead time, 4 overdue jobs and 46 active jobs, and a weekly throughput chart.

What you can see

Everyone in the workspace can open Reports. Administrators see every project; everyone else sees the projects they belong to. Archived projects are left out unless you turn on Include archived projects.

In a workspace that started with sample content, Reports shows the sample projects until your first real job, under a note that says Showing sample data.

Choose a range and filters

Date range
Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), This month, Last month or a Custom range of up to a year.
Project
All projects, or one. Some charts need a single project, and so do the status and job type filters.
Filters
Members and Priorities, plus Statuses and Job types once you pick a project.
Compare to previous
Shows how the jobs created and completed compare with the period before.

Days are counted in your own time zone.

The four tabs

Overview
Jobs created, completed, overdue and active; created against completed over time; throughput; a Breakdown by status, priority, job type, column or project; what is At risk; and overdue jobs by person.
Flow
How long jobs take from creation to completion: the median, the mean and the 85th percentile. Pick one project to add Time in column and Cumulative flow.
People
Jobs assigned per week, open work by person, and task workload by person.
Projects
Every project side by side: created, completed, active, overdue, completion rate and trend.

Drill into any number

Select a number or a part of a chart to list the jobs behind it in a panel at the side, and open any of them from there.

Export or print

Export CSV downloads the jobs created in the range, with your filters applied: project, job, status, assignee, the created, due and completed dates, and whether each is overdue. Print gives you a paper copy of the page.

Save and schedule a report

  1. Step 1: Set up the range, project and filters, then choose Saved reports and Save current view….

  2. Step 2: Give it a Name and choose Save. Administrators can also Share with the whole workspace.

  3. Step 3: With the report open, choose Schedule…, pick Every week or Every month, a day, a time and the Recipients, then choose Schedule.

Recipients have to be people in your workspace. Administrators, and the person who saved a report unless they are a guest, can schedule it.
